GR-Pheasant Tail "Fly-Kit"tm

The pheasant tail nymph is a standing favorite among fly fishers near and far.  It is tied in many different variations and fished with great effectiveness.  With thoughts of modifying this original pattern to develop a durable "fishing" fly, the GR-Pheasant Tail was ultimately developed.  Our pattern includes a custom dubbing blend and a unique tying technique.

Try this pattern dead drift or as a dropper fly. 

Each "Fly-Kit"tm  includes:

  •  a custom tied fly, carefully packaged in a small plastic box.

  • color, digital, photographs of the tying steps.

  • a letter including material preparation tips & other information.
